The Stuart hosts historic architectural tour - March 30

Lax1228_flash2 The historic Stuart Company Building is again the talk of the town: This unique mid-century architectural masterpiece with period furnishings has been added as a focal point to the Pasadena mid-century architectural tour on March 30.

The building now serves as a one-of-a-kind clubhouse for The Stuart's new residents, who live in the brand-new apartment homes surrounding this stunning building. Everyone is invited to tour The Stuart building from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., learn about the history, enjoy refreshments and tour the model apartment homes -- which are decorated with trendy mid-century-styled furnishings.

Guests will be treated to a tour of the recreation room with plasma TV, cozy lounge with original fireplace and a super-sized plasma TV, and a two-story atrium court rentable clubhouse with originally styled globe lighting and hanging planters, all in addition to an expansive conference room and period-furnished business centers.

The community has just released its final phase of brand-new apartment homes. To celebrate the tour, new residents will live FREE for a full month, on select units with a 12-month lease. Come take a tour and experience a lifestyle and gorgeous environment that is as individual as you are!
